Universal KB Template Protocols (UKBTP) is the meta-framework layer creating portable templates, protocols, and standards for knowledge base development across all Claude projects — genericized for deployment in any ecosystem, AI system, or configuration. Protocols are written with configuration blocks rather than hardcoded values, making the methodology deployable outside mmh entirely. UKBTP is infrastructure, not content: the protocol substrate that wwz at civilizational scale would depend on.
