A 10-session facilitator guide + 10-chapter participant workbook + live course offering. The first real mmh expression of a codified narrative of universal principles, rooted in the cultural and historical morphogenic legacy of the last three millennia or more. UPC is not merely a course — it is the first demonstration of the sgbh small group model in action.
Train the trainers — the hidden objective: Primary marketing is content-forward (people come to learn universal principles). Secondary objective: attracting facilitators who experience the model as participants first. Creates organic pipeline for sgbh practitioners.
Development state
Per-chapter workflow established: Claude produces atomized notes + flow structure → Brian dictates → Claude applies editorial pass → downstream flags. Chapters 1–7 revised (R1 pass complete, awaiting dictation). Chapters 8–11 pending. Workbook Session Development Protocol v1.0 active. CMLT framework (Component, Madness, Lesson, Tease) governs every session.
Tiered delivery vision: UPC lives inside sgbh at different tier levels, ramping participants up through the material progressively. Top tier envisioned as a foundational prerequisite for facilitator certification (not yet codified).
