The Universal Principles Course (UPC) is a 10-session facilitator guide and participant workbook — the first codified mmh curriculum expression and proof of concept for the sgbh small-group platform model. It presents a narrative of universal principles rooted in cultural and historical morphogenic legacy. Session structure is governed by the CMLT framework (Component, Madness, Lesson, Tease). The hidden objective is a train-the-trainers pipeline: participants experience the model first, creating an organic facilitator pipeline for sgbh.
